Availability
All the items on this site are in limited quantity. Many of the categories, such as the fabric stacks, will be replenished as soon as goods are available. One of a kinds are, of course, just that - one of a kind. Limited edition items such as Painted Originals and Sewn Originals items will fluctuate in availability. Anna Maria does not take commissions at this time.

How to Order
All items for sale will have an "add to cart" button next to them. When you've filled your shopping cart, simply click the "Your Cart" button to review your selections. Make sure the quantities are correct and adjust them if necessary. If you are unable to increase the quantity past a certain number its because there isn't enough stock to meet your request. You may then proceed by clicking "checkout".

Shipping
The checkout page will ask for your shipping address and also ask you to choose a shipping method from the drop down menu on the left below your address fields. If you do not choose a method the Priority Mail method will likely be chosen for you by default and you may already see that reflected in your order total. Choose your method of shipping and click "apply" to see the rate reflected in your total. If you select one of the UPS methods you will see a rate and ship-time chart appear for all UPS methods available to your address. We offer the following shipping methods:

Except for UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air, please allow 2-3 days for your order to be processed and shipped. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. There will occasionally be "store holidays" when we are not processing orders and we will always post that info as many places as possible. You will receive shipping information in your order confirmation email.

Every now and then we are able to save you a few bucks with your specified shipping method and then refund you the difference.

UPS Shipping
All UPS rates will be calculated in real time when you place your order. If you've chosen UPS as a shipping method you will be sent a tracking number when the order ships. We cannot guarantee arrival times of your UPS package as they are determined by UPS. Please visit ups.com for more information.

UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air orders must be received by 10a.m. for the shipping time to be accurate.

UPS Standard to Canada and other locations outside the USA will occasionally incur a duty or brokerage fee so please consider this when making your shipping choice. Additional shipping fees may be applied due to size, weight, duties, value-added taxes and are the responsibility of the customer and are controlled by UPS.

Alaska and Hawaii please add 2-4 days to ship time.

UPS does not ship to P.O.Boxes.

USPS Priority Mail
We will always send your Priority Mail package the most cost effective way possible without compromising the safety of your goods.

The USPS Priority Mail rate within the US will be based on the size and amount of your order.

The USPS Priority Mail rate to Canada will be a flat rate for orders that will fit in the standard Priority Mail box. Larger or heavier orders will increase shipping based on size and weight.

The USPS International Priority Mail to locations outside the US and Canada will be a flat rate. Additional shipping fees may be applied due to size, weight, duties, value-added taxes and are the responsibility of the customer.

We cannot guarantee any USPS shipping times as they are set and controlled by USPS. We also cannot track any USPS Priority Mail packages. Please consider this when making your shipment selection. For more information visit the USPS website

Billing and Payment Options
If your billing address is separate from the shipping address, please select the "other" bullet under the Billing address side and fill out the blank fields. This enables you to send someone a gift at one address but pay for it using your information. If you'd like to add a message to your friend, please do so in the comments section and we'll be happy to pass it along.

Once you've selected your shipping method and see the rate reflected in your total, you can choose your method of payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Diner's Club. You can also choose to use PayPal when making a purchase at this site which will take you to Anna Maria's PayPal page where you can choose to use your credit card, debit card or your PayPal account to make your purchase. Please know that your payment process no matter the method you choose is a secure one.

Please also note that Tennessee residents will pay sales tax on their purchases.

Returns / Refunds / Exchanges / Lost or Missing Orders
Because item quantities are limited we do not offer exchanges on any goods. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will refund your purchase less shipping charges once we receive your return within 14 days of receiving your order. We cannot accept any returns after 14 days of receipt.

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged, lost, missing, or faulty, please notify us within 14 days of placing your order. We will do what we can to remedy the situation and arrange for a refund if necessary. We want to make you happy and take great pride in offering quality goods and helpful customer service.

When returning anything to the studio, we suggest using a shipping method that is trackable such as FedEx or UPS and retain your tracking number. We cannot be responsible for goods that do not arrive at the studio. Please include your contact information with your return.

We take your privacy very seriously and are happy to say that you can feel its being respected on this site.

While we must collect your contact information in order to process your orders, we will never under any circumstances, sell, lease or distribute that information. Nor will we do so with the email addresses we collect on the mailing list.
